Accessing Your Data

Customer Database
Using your administrator credentials, you can handle any data gathered in your databases hosted on Hisabatonline.com at any moment, including editing or removing any personal data kept there.
You can keep a complete database backup at any moment, whether you need to move it or maintain your own backups and archives.
Additionally, you can use your control panel to request the deletion of your whole database at any moment. Your data is automatically removed when your upgrade has been completed when you utilize the ERPECO Database Upgrade service, and it can also be deleted at your request.
Security

Customer Database:
We will keep the data only to provide the services you subscribe to. If you decide to stop using the service for databases stored on the ERPECO Cloud, your database will remain inactive for three weeks before being deleted.
Your database will be stored for up to 3 months after the last successful update for databases uploaded to the ERPECO Database Upgrade website, although it can be destroyed earlier if necessary.
